HYAT communication cable structure as follows:

1, ----conductor : solid annealed copper

2, ----insulation : high density PE

3, ----filling compound : petroleum jelly filling / PVC material

4, -----cable core covering : mylar tape

5, -----shield : aluminium tape

6, -----jacket : PE

7, -----marking : surface marked jacket

Conductor:   anealed bare copper

Conductor diameter :   0.4; 0.5; 0.6; 0.8 (mm)

Insulative single line:   solid PE insulative single line. According to specification, insulative wires respectively use ten standard colors.

Insulative line-twisted:   According to the stipulated chromatogram combination,line-pairs are twisted by two insulative single line with different section distance.

Cable core structure: to adopt layered intertwist when the core wire’s pairs are not more than 25 pairs. Otherwise, to adopt unit intertwist according to set unit and structure arrangement, as every unit using set chromatogram band, but, spare line-pair will be added when the quantity reach or over 100 pairs.

Cable core band: The core is hard wrapped or longitudinally coated with polyester pellicle as well as pledget.

Jacket : Low density PE containing carbon 2.5±0.5% is made.The jacket and the metal screen are closely binded together, formig an excellent humidity-proof layer.

Identification od cable’s end: Red is End A ,Green is End B.
